What's expected of you?

Maintain and arrange office documents, files, and databases for easy access and confidentiality
Efficiently manage front desk responsibilities, including covering for designated personnel when needed
Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally, including calls and messages
Carry out daily administrative tasks proficiently
Organize schedules, appointments, and provide timely reminders
Ensure adherence to office procedures for accuracy and confidentiality
Create reports, presentations, and briefs using professional written and verbal communication
Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and ensuring follow-up on tasks
Coordinate travel arrangements and promptly address executives' inquiries
Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement streamlined administrative practices
Process insurance claims and manage follow-ups and renewals efficiently
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with industry standards such as QEMS, ESG, LPCB, and ISO

What are you expected to bring?

Have 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications
Exceptional planning and time management skills
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
